2. GENERAL RULES

1.1 This document is created in accordance with the rules of international law and business practice. This agreement is between Cryptoroyale LTD. Investment Company, established in full compliance with the laws of the United Kingdom and the individual “the client”.

1.2 Cryptoroyale LTD accepts only individuals aged 18. The registration procedure is necessary for each Cryptoroyale LTD client. You agree with terms and conditions by being a client of Cryptoroyale LTD.
1.3 Cryptoroyale LTD is not available to the general public and is opened only to the qualified members of Cryptoroyale LTD, the use of this site is restricted to our members and to individuals personally invited by them.

2. INVESTMENT RULES

2.1 Every deposit is considered to be a private transaction between Cryptoroyale LTD and its client. Clients process all financial transactions solely at their own discretion. Each client determines the size of deposit personally. The interest on the investment is calculated and credited to client’s account daily.
2.2 The interest rate depends on the amount of investment and investment plan .  Cryptoroyale LTD accepts only  cryptocurrency for investing.
2.3 Client can open only one account per IP/Family/Device. If you wish to open another account contact us before, you must create a support ticket on your dashboard or send an email to [email protected] If a new account is opened, the old account could be blocked.
2.4 Compounding option is not available in any of the plans offered.
2.5 The client may withdraw his/her profits from his/her account to his/her payment system.
2.6 The client gains profit only USD and may withdraw in any cryptocurrency enabled in Cryptoroyale LTD.
2.7 The withdrawal method may be changed by the client ever, for any enabled method in the moment.
2.8 In order to keep transparency, reinvest from account balance is not enabled, if the client wants to reinvest his/her earnings needs make a withdraw request to his wallet and create a new investment deposit.

3. ANTISPAM RULES

3.1 Spam is commercial e-mail or unsolicited bulk e-mail, including “junk mail”, which has not been requested by the recipient. It is intrusive and often irrelevant or offensive, and it wastes valuable resources. Inappropriate newsgroup activities, consisting of excessive posting of the same materials to several newsgroups.
3.2 We don’t tolerate SPAM in our company. We forbid unsolicited e-mails of any kind in connection with the marketing of the services provided by Cryptoroyale LTD.

4. PROCEDURE OF AMENDING THE PRESENT RULES

4.1  Administration of Cryptoroyale LTD reserves the right to make changes to the current document without the consent of investors.
4.2 Administration of Cryptoroyale LTD will inform clients about changes by publishing notice on the site of the company.
4.2 Terms and Conditions changes come into force since the date of publishing information on the site, unless otherwise provided in the text.

5. CUSTOMER SERVICE & SUPPORT

5.1 Every client has the right to get any additional information from our support service. Client may contact our support service via our Support Form or another method, which is convenient for him.
5.2 Client agrees to behave politely with our support service and follow the instructions to prevent anyone from potentially negative situation.
